  • Your account: if you create an account, your name, email address, phone number and a password. We never store your password in readable form, only a secure hash of it.
  • Messages: what you send us by phone, email or the forms on this website.
  • Technical information: like most websites, our servers record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open, to keep the website secure and working.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To answer quote requests and to arrange and manage your rides.
  • To contact you about your booking, changes, delays or pickup details.
  • To run your account: signing you in, showing your ride requests, and sending the password-reset emails you ask for.
  • To keep the website secure, prevent misuse, and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

The website uses only the cookies it needs to work. If you sign in to your account, one cookie keeps you signed in for up to 90 days, or until you sign out. We do not use advertising cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.

  • Our dispatch team and your chauffeur: the trip details needed to complete your ride.
  • Service providers that help us run the website: website hosting, email delivery (booking and password-reset emails), and map and address-lookup services (the addresses you type in the booking form are sent to them to show your route and estimate the trip).
  • Authorities: only when the law requires it.

6. How Long We Keep It

We keep ride requests and account information for as long as we need them to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time; some records may be kept where the law requires it.

7. Your Choices

You can see your ride requests in your account. You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, for example in California, you may have additional privacy rights; contact us and we will respond as the law requires.

8. Security

We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), securely hashed passwords and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
